We want you to be fully satisfied with your Box Menswear purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return period for all unworn and unwashed items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear must be returned with the original protective seal intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Print your generated return label and drop the package off at your nearest authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.
